Designed by Buchman and Fox, The Leonri is one of the Upper East Side’s premier prewar condominiums. The historical beaux arts building completed construction in 1901. In collaboration with Sherry Brous Interiors, JBA has been commissioned to restore the building’s exterior entry and storefront, as well as redesign the the residential lobby interior.
